I am an Enterprise AI Systems Engineer and Solutions Architect with 15+ years across banking, AI governance, and enterprise SaaS. Today I architect agentic banking workflows and conversational AI for a leading UAE bank — orchestrating multi-agent systems that automate regulated customer-service operations. Previously I led an enterprise AI governance platform, with deep AWS cloud-native engineering and hands-on LLM, RAG, and workflow orchestration in regulated environments.

Architected multi-agent orchestration workflows for automated, guided customer-service fulfillment across digital channels. Built conversational AI banking on WhatsApp and digital channels, developed secure backend services integrating core banking APIs with AI orchestration layers, and led migration of manual banking processes to AI-assisted execution — cutting handling time.

Led engineering of an enterprise AI governance platform to manage, govern, and audit AI model and agent usage at scale. Designed policy enforcement, guardrails, and access control, delivered compliance and oversight workflows with auditability for risk teams, and architected secure repeatable AWS deployment.

Led modernization of a recruitment platform helping military veterans transition to civilian careers. Rebuilt the architecture and stack for scalability and UX, and implemented AWS CI/CD pipelines improving release reliability.
